I reserve the right to refuse your commission

The client (you) and the artist (I) will maintain clear communication throughout the work. We will both use respectful and professional language. Failure to reply in one week without notice is assumed that the commission is terminated. No refunds (because you aren't in contact with me :P)

The client must pay before each level, and payments are to be made in USD with accordance to Paypal. Failure to pay in one week results in the termination of the commission.

*Exceptions: If you live in Singapore, we can always meet up and the price would be in SGD instead (which is cheaper). 

I will finish the art commission latest 30 days after you've commissioned me.

I will have 10 slots for each account per month, and I will be accepting and completing commissions via first-come-first serve basis. 

If you fail to make the cut, you will be placed into a secondary waiting list which I will do after the 10 slots are over, until the beginning of next month. 

We will both own the art unless you pay 10% extra, where then I cannot use it freely. Otherwise, when you use the art you must credit me.

I will post the work I have done on this website and the relevant social medias with the caption 'commissioned by (your username)'. I will also post it with the caption 'commission' if you would like to remain anonymous. 

If you will be using my art for commercial work, such as T-shirt designs or you will be reselling the art, my rates would be different. If you do not pay by those rates then you will be blocked and blacklisted.

Rates (you can choose either one): 

10x base price + 5% royalties

5x base price + 10% royalties

2 x base price + 50% royalties

The artist will provide 3 changes for each level of art. After 3 changes for each level, the changes after will incur a $5 fee each and there will be no refunding.

For cleaned sketch/lineart, the artist will refund 50%

After the colouring/shading level, the artist will not do any more refunds.
