General

I am able to draw any kind of character, human, anthro, feral, mecha, other. There are no additional fees for detailed designs. Gore will be a 10% base fee. NSFW will not be done on the ch_art_reuse account. You may DM about NSFW comms.

By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service.

By breaking this TOS, the commissioner may be placed in 1 of 2 lists - scammer or bad behaviour.​​​​​

​​COMMUNICATION

I work best with lots of communications. However, my timezone is GMT+8. Thus, there may be communication delays. I will check with you once per stage and whenever in doubt. I also do my best work when the commissioner knows what they want. I don't do best with creative freedom, but I will still try. Feel free to communicate freely on discord (ch.art.reuse)

TERMS OF USAGE

There are 3 forms of usage. Personal Use is defined as not using the artwork to add additional value to brand/merchandises. Commercial Use is defined by using the animations as a way to earn monetarily, i.e. sub badges, or to provide value in other ways, such as stream scheduling to have more viewers. 

If you commissioned the artwork for personal use but decide later on to use it commercially, you will be paying the current % of base price, not the previous price. You may also choose to pay royalties with specific forms of product detailed below.

Personal Use (no extra fee)

The owner of the character and whomever they allow are free to use the artwork for personal usage. They are allowed to post it anywhere on the internet and use the art as icons, banners, backgrounds etc on any part of the internet. They are also free to edit the image however they must clarify in the description of the image that there were edits done. 

Commercial Use (one time fee)

Beginning business/creator - 2x final price (+100%)
Small business/creator - 2.5x final price (+150%)
Big business/creator -5x final price (+400%)

Over 10k followers / Twitch Partner = big business / creator. New side accounts / alt accounts qualify for beginning business/creator, no matter how large the main account is.

Commercial Use (royalty fees)

For merchandise/reproductions, a 10% royalty fee is expected. This would be 10% of revenue earned (not profits) for all merchandises sold, to be paid out when out of stock or per month if forever stocked.

For other forms of royalties, say a vtuber model or sub badges, a 5% revenue earned from streaming would be expected as a whole. If a streamer is using models, emotes, badges, logos, and stream scheduling, it will still be 5%. This is only expected if you do not pay the one time fee. The contract lasts as long as an asset is used, to be paid monthly / when the streamer gets paid. The contract ends when the payout reaches twice the amount of the one time use fee (relative to the most recent price)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

ch_art_reuse will be allowed to use image/videos as examples and link to the character/owner for said examples. 

Anonymity is free, however, a 10% fee of final price to remove my right to use it as example.
